I manage a team of multiskilled technicians and carriage cleaners who carry out planned maintenance and repairs and cleaning on a fleet of diesel multiple units.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the variety of subjects covered in my programme from Project Management to Financial Analysis techniques. I think the skills I have developed will be transferable to a range of different aspects of my current and future roles.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my communication skills through collaboration within the apprenticeship as well as while working on projects related to the apprenticeship. I have also developed my personal management by taking a more structured and disciplined approach to managing my time and workloads, as well as maintaining my work life balance. I have also improved my report writing skills through the writing of reports as part of my assignments.

Although I do not work in Management Consulting specifically, I consider the knowledge and skills I have gained to be versatile and transferable and I will be able to make use of most of some them in my current role as well as in future roles.
