Serving customers in branch who hire with us on a regular retail basis.
Delivering and collecting vehicles for our corporate clients
Picking up customers and bringing them back to branch

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes a fair amount. Each month I had a different captaincy which meant I was in charge of a different area of the business like pends, service and branch claims

I would say I received majority of the help I needed. I just wish I had more training on admin because I feel like I can always improve
