Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Customer Service, Sales, Operations Management, everyday is different but all surrounds the operations of the branch day to day, delivering customer vehicles, insurance customers, corporate customers, retail customers

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

As the length of time in the role increased so too did the responsibility, ran a day within the branch, being trusted with more responsibility within the branch day to day
