Yes, lots. From improving on social skills and confidence through having to deal with a different client every week to more technical skills and critical thinking.

Heaps. Seniors and managers have all been where we are and are more than happy to share their knowledge and give their insight into any given problem. As I've progressed through the qualification, I've found myself doing the same for newer members of staff, which really shows the supportive culture here.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Quite a lot. Study days, revision days and available on email at any time. Found them to be quite competent.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

A decent amount. I'd say the most relevant learning we do is what we learn on the job.

Why?
I have learnt a lot working at Sayer Vincent and improved on a lot of skills. Being a smaller firm, you get a lot of exposure very early on. You're also given a lot of responsibility and free reign over your work.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sayer Vincent?
Put time into your application, really think about what they're asking you in your application form and tailor it to what you think a company who works with charities wants to hear.
