I look after the facilities, buildings and H&S across 3 offices. My job can vary on a daily basis.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Although I have found some of the work a little challenge alongside my job, overall it has been an enjoyable and enlightening experience.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am only a few months in but already I have learnt new skills or built more confidence in existing skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

So far everything seems to be going at the right pace and in a good order for learning how to develop my role.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have received great support from my line manager and other colleagues. I am also given the time I need to work on assignments.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have received great support, confidence has been a big thing for me as an older apprentice. My training provider has been very good at helping me believe I can do this.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
