Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Where I started in the audit team my day to day roll included going to see clients and completing various parts of the audit file which largely included transaction testing. Now I have rotated into the accounts team it largely consists of consists of completing working papers for clients.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy this programme as everyone is friendly and supportive, and want to see you do well so are always happy to help.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt and developed many skills including communicating professionally, various different audit skills and now that I have rotated in to the accounts team various different accounts skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The programme is very well organised, I am always aware of when I have study and other commitments scheduled. Rickard Luckin are supportive and flexible throughout the programme, especially if we need extra time to study when we are struggling to understand something.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

They are very supportive it is obvious they want to see you do well and succeed as they are always happy to help wherever they can.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider First Intuition are very supportive as they are happy to go over any questions I may have.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

So far I have only sat 3 exams but I have found it very help especially accounting fundamentals to understand the basics of accounting which helped me understand when performing certain audit tests why I was doing it etc.
