I enjoyed my apprenticeship; was given many opportunities and was supported on furthering my career in construction.

Learning with hands on experience in construction as well as the technical theory side of electrical installations, engaging critical thinking of how to solve problems every day.

Bancroft offer great support, with regular performance reviews and are always there to help me if I required it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I had an excellent tutor for the theory side of the apprenticeship, however the training provider JTL could do better with prepping apprentices for EPA and NVQ.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

JTL provided a great education teaching me the theory side of the electrical trade that I could apply to help me be better on site.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Not often but any work events are organised in a way to get everyone feeling involved.

Why?
Bancroft have given me a career in construction and have always supported me in furthering my career progression. I have gone onto further education provided by Bancroft after my level 3 apprenticeship and still work here. I am very happy to be apart of the future of this company.
