Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day to day includes shadowing an electrician helping with general basic stuff, getting materials, giving an electrician a hand in the job they have been given.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Bancroft pay for expenses and offer a good support system and keep you safe at work by following good health and safety procedures

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes my knowledge of electrical installation has vastly grown whilst working at Bancroft including having practical experience to put what I’ve seen into practice
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Bancroft offer a well structured programme including collage one day a week and assessing your ability well as they are starting to trust me more with undertaking jobs of my own
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Bancroft have put me through training to be able to use mupe machines, ladder training and constructing mobile scaffolding. Aswell any cancers I have had my manager has been able to rectify rather quickly

Going to collage gives me an understanding of what I’m acctually doing at work instead of just doing as I’m told

Yes Bancroft have recently had a football match at West Ham stadium, with a family fun day out soon.
