I am an electrical apprentice so everyday is a new learning opportunity. This involves me learning from others of myself and improving my skills everyday.

I really enjoy this apprenticeship as it provides great opportunities everyday to learn

Everyday is a learning day, as I feel I’ll either improve on current skills day by day, or pick up new ones instead.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My apprenticeship is organised very well as we get a good balance of both the pratical and theory side of the trade. This consists of going college 1x a week and site 4x a wee

Yes there are many events held. Since joining there has been a Christmas event, a go karting event and a 30th anniversary party coming up very soon. As well as this we participated in an event yesterday explaining apprenticeships to other colleges
