Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
within agreed timescales;
Processing fundraising income accurately and to ensure that each donation is used for the purpose specified by the supporter.
Ensuring all filing and paperwork is maintained to the highest standards for auditing purposes.
Maintaining up-to-date database records with supporters’ names, address, contact details and contact preferences in an accurate manner
and within agreed standards and changing some of these upon request;
Using various channels of communication such as letters and emails for maintaining contact with supporters
and keeping them informed of campaigns, projects and other activities that will inspire and enhance their supporter journey and experience;
Returning cheques that are missing information or have been filled in incorrectly and guiding /advising supporters on the issue;
Cancelling, amending and adding new direct debit entries for regular and one off gifts;
Dealing with membership subscriptions for Dementia Together Magazine and Brain Workouts.
Handling internal and external enquiries (including feedback and complaints) within agreed standards
and triaging them to the appropriate expert team if necessary.
Stuffing and sending envelopes with badges, rubber bracelets, magazines, and other merchandise.
Supporting colleagues across Income and Engagement with administrative tasks.
