Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

My role has a focus on customer service, managing corporate accounts, managing business growth and risk. Driving different cars is also included in the role.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

You are given a lot of responsibility. You have the opportunity to run days operationally, and also you are given different captaincies throughout the job where you are managing different aspects of the business, for example growth and marketing for corporate accounts.

You receive a lot of support during this placement. You have regular training sessions, both in person and online. You receive very interactive, hands-on training to help you with the role. There is so much support around you and always people to help you.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

A really fun, friendly, youthful but corporate atmosphere. There is a big focus on teamwork and everyone across the branches form good friendships and solid networks. The team are hard working and friendly .

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I am really enjoying it. I have gained invaluable experience and am so happy I chose Enterprise to complete my placement with. I have had a really enjoyable year, having gained so much experience and confidence within a corporate setting.
