I am an Apprentice Coach and mentor. I support apprentices in their learning and development journey in GWR. This involves recruiting apprentices, taking part in regular progress reviews, providing networking and job shadowing opportunities, and help improve their confidence, engagement and retention.

Yes, there is a wellbeing team called ACTIVE that involves colleagues getting together to participate in sports activities. There is Young Rail Professionals and Women In Rail networking events too.
