I am a electrical apprentice so my day to day role varies a lot from installing contament to sencond fixing or reading drawings into to install any services
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my role as I meet new people and get hands on experiences through Bancroft

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I would say my communication skills have developed a lot through needing to speak to other trades and I would also say my problem shoving abilities have also improved

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My apprenticeship is very well organised with often meetings with my apprenticeship manger and a written flight path of what is next to complete for my apprenticeship
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a great deal from my employer they are extremely patient and have supported me through all college exams getting one to one support throughout

Yes I have done events for example careers fairs for a secondary school which I really enjoyed I have also been on training courses
