How much support do you receive from your employer?

Allowed me a lot of time to help complete the apprenticeship and to also study. I often got individual training from Bancroft staff (our IT manager) to help develop in the role.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get a lot of check ins and they are always available to answer questions, if I have any outside of our regularly scheduled meetings.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It will enable me to learn and manage all of our networking infrastructure. I am currently unable to do this but I am learning the process on how to do this.
