A people advisor is responsible for providing expert HR guidance and support for managers and colleagues across the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on employee relations, policy applications, fostering a positive and compliant working environment

The programme was clearly designed to provide both time and support, with a new them introduced each month. This structure helped maintain a sense of progression while also keepin the experience engaging and enjoyable

My employer, across both the operational and people functions, provided me with a high level of support throughout the programme. This included allowing dedicated time to complete assignments, which helped me delevelop a strong sense of time management and organisation. I was also fortune to have a mentor who consistently provided contructive feedback, enabling me to improve and build on my work each assignement

My Leader/Teacher was on hand to provide any additional support or extensions if ever needed

Achieving this qualification has significantly increased my confidence in my role. The assignments, in particular, have helped to strengthen my written communications skills, which are essential for effectively carrying out my responsibilities
