Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Real-Time analyst involves managing Contact Centre performance by monitoring Service Levels, Staff Adherence to schedules, queue volumes and shrinkage.
Daily emails, planning meetings etc in Handler schedules.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I absolutely loved the Improvement Technician Level 3.
As I am around data for most of the day and casually making improvements as the years go on, this was suited to me as I can be qualified in something I already do and have fun doing.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I had a lot of Excel knowledge to begin with. However, the course expanded my knowledge in the Microsoft Packages completely.
PowerPoint, Excel and Word were all utilised daily, during the course

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
It was excellent.
From onboarding to the EPA, it went completely smooth.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Acorn as a whole has always been supportive in uplifting Colleagues to better themselves.
This is the best company I have ever worked at.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I had all (and more) support where I required it.
Whether it be in the masterclasses, or a 1:1 meeting. They were always at hand to offer help and support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I am able to analyse data much more efficiently.
I can also identify problems with processes and run a project team to alleviate these problems.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are such events.
I have not attended any as I am a very anxious person.
