Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I was responsible for the daily operations and day to day tasks as part of working at Enterpise. I dealt with customers at the front and back end of car collections, making sure they were aware of any and all relevant information and ensuring their experience was positive.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given a lot of responsibility over handling customer experience as well as the success of the daily operations of the business.

I learnt of lot of new skills in regards to my confidence and communication, I felt I have developed the ability to converse with anyone and I gained confidence in my judgement and decision making.
