Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I generate orders for subcontractors, generate payment certificates based on these orders, amend the budget for when orders are created. Analyse tenders that for different trades.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme as I am able to enjoy the balance of being on site seeing the works happening up close but also being able to concentrate and get work done in the office. I enjoy maths so working with budget is fun

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learnt how to use a scale ruler for take-offs. I have developed my communication with others in the company and outside of the company

The work the people working for vistry in our future talent team is very helpful. The apprenticeship provider with how the lessons are structured isn't so organised.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

My line manger, mentor and the future talent team are able to help me whenever I ask for it. They make it easy for me to ask them questions I have queries

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor is helpful when I ask him questions in emails. He responds very quickly.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

What I am learning through the training provider wont be as helpful as what I am learning in lessons is not job specific to my role.

There is monthly football, an afterwork gathering every quarter and a running club every week

There is a great demand for houses and since Vistry is partnerships focused Vistry will always be building houses even if the private market seems to slow down
