My apprenticeship tutor gave me a great structure throughout the programme so I knew where I currently at with my progress and what the next steps were. Protector were great in being flexible with work for me to stay on track.

Dont be afraid to apply for a certain role and change your mind a few years down the line. Speak to your manager and look out for vacancies within the company.
