In a day-to-day basis I do claims, any portals which I am on, redactions and PIA requests if I am on PIA.

Why?

I think protector helps to grow confidence in individuals whilst also supporting them to develop. As someone who was afraid before to communicate with people, I think protector has helped me to further develop my communication skills and gave me the confidence to do so.
