Skills include:
Teamwork, Co-ordination, setting out / engineering control, commercial and procurement and many more.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
How much support do you receive from your employer?
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
Heavily demanding on top of work responsibilities along with a large class often makes it difficult to ask questions.
Luckily at work they allow me time here and there to complete assignments / revise for exams.
