Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

5/5
In my role, I support the team with day-to-day administrative responsibilities while also contributing to the coordination of ongoing projects. I assist with planning activities, completing administrative tasks, and tracking and monitoring programmes to help ensure work is delivered effectively and stays on target.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

5/5
I'm currently undertaking a Project Management programme and I'm really enjoying it. It is giving me the opportunity to develop my skills in planning, organisation, and stakeholder coordination, and I am finding it so valuable in supporting projects and programmes within my team.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

5/5
Through my Project Management programme, I have developed a stronger understanding of project management fundamentals such as planning, scope, and stakeholder engagement. I have also strengthened my organisational and communication skills, particularly in coordinating tasks, managing priorities, and tailoring communication for different stakeholders.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

5/5
The delivery and structure of my programme were very well organised. I attended webinars and workshops led by Project Management experts who brought both enthusiasm and a strong depth of knowledge. I particularly appreciated how the programme was structured to cover each core topic in detail before progressing to the next module, as this allowed me time to absorb the content and gain a solid understanding.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

5/5
I have received strong support from my employer throughout my programme, which has made a real difference to my learning experience. This support has helped me manage my time effectively, engage fully with my learning, and apply what I’ve learned in practice.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

4/5
My training provider has been supportive throughout my programme, and my Project Management coach is excellent. They helped guide my learning and tailor it to me, provided clear feedback, and supported me in building my confidence in project management.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

5/5
I feel my qualification has helped me perform better in my role by strengthening my understanding of project management principles and giving me practical tools that I can apply to my day-to-day work. It has improved my skills in planning, organising, and supporting the delivery of projects.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

4/5
Annually, there's an opportunity to network and connect with colleagues across the organisation and come together in one space.
