I am involved with transaction entry, handling cash, producing Month End reports for our Business Unit.

My interpersonal skills have grown massively, I feel much more confident speaking with others and explaining ideas and work within meetings.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Could be structured better, heading towards me L4 EPA, noticing that some areas I have studied are areas I haven't had much/any exposure to in the real world making it more of a challenge to get studying done.
Would be better to do frequent reviews alongside the college work to adjust the tasks I am doing to help grow on the learning I am doing

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Sure the support is there, not using much of it.
Find it very frustrating when trying to speak with them as have about 7 different emails to contact for different things, can make getting support a dragged out process if you speak with the wrong team.

We put on, and take part in many different events put on within the supply chain.
We also take part in lots of school based activities as very focused on the next generation of potential Home Builders.

Lovely work environment, not extremely pressured which for some people may be a better environment to be in whilst training.
