My rule includes on a day to day various tasks such as supporting Business development managers with research tasks and engaging in content that can improve the sales teams experience.

Definitely really rewarding as a programme with great opportunities to widen my skillset and personal development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

A lot of the skills I have worked on in the past few months have been soft skills from learning how to talk with different stakeholders. I have also had the opportunity to become more comfortable using Excel and various other tools.

I am finding that a lot of the topics I am learning are corelating to either real-life issues within the business or experiences- it has been great to apply a lot of my learning in practice
