We have calls every 3 months with a member of DHL apprenticeship scheme and the university arrange tripartite reviews with your designated tutor every 3 months.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

DHL provide us with the tools and a well known structure so we always know who to speak to if we require support

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The university provide a tutor who is always accessible if we need support. The lecturers provide support material as well to help with assignments and studies.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me as it gives me more knowledge that i can then use in a real environment.

There are occasional events to get involved with, however it depends on which site within DHL you are working at.

Brilliant company to work for due to it being global, having go green initiatives and being inclusive and a great place to work.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to DHL?

Do research on the company so you fully understand what DHL do as before i joined i didn't know how big and how many different companies DHL work with worldwide.
