The training received under the programme is relevant to the job, and interests me. It helps that not everything is taught in a classroom, and the facilities in centre are second to none.

The training provider ensures we keep on top of our work, OTJ hours, and portfolio. The support they give for admin is very helpful as balancing work and college is challenging.

The education I receive is directly related to the product I work on. The training has greatly helped me understand how and why processes are required, and where each process is utilised.
