I love working with my team and have learnt a lot through out my time in my apprenticeship
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have loved every aspect of this programme from studying about engineering to also being able to attend events and funtions regarding engineering to get a better view of the industry as a whole

As I started with no knowledge on Engineering, I learnt a lot more in my time in the apprenticeship

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The first year of my apprenticeship through the MTC was very good as it was all in the centre however, throughout my 2/3 year I have not been able to complete the theory as needed
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The early careers team has been amazing throughout the whole apprenticeship making sure I am comfortable with my work as well as the company
