Parker Meggitt’s apprenticeship program is an earn-and-learn pathway that combines paid, real-world experience with accredited training. Apprentices build technical, operational, and commercial capabilities through hands-on projects, classroom learning, and mentorship. Rotations across multiple teams gives apprentices exposure to Parker’s motion and control technologies, Lean practices, and safety and quality standards. The program prepares apprentices for progression into skilled roles across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial functions, aligned to Parker’s Win Strategy.

We offer apprenticeship opportunities from Level 3 to Level 6 across our UK sites—Ansty, Fareham, Loughborough, and Stevenage. Programs available will vary each year, aligned to business needs.
