Great company with great benefits and a proven record of training and developing new starters with a early careers evening every year which the CEO attends. Great learning courses constantly provided to develop knowledge withing your job role weather its commercial, bidding, buying etc.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Balfour Beatty?
Just make sure you prepare well and show your personality as you wont be the only person applying so you need to stand out to the rest. Show how your current skills link to the job role. E.G Quantity surveyor say/show how you are good using excel with the formulas and knowledgeable with current construction contracts.
