As part of my job role I am responsible for the day to day running and management of a subcontractor who is completing some work on my current project. this involves ensuring important documentation such as RAMS and ITPs are completed and appropriately approved before the the subcontractor starts on site. As well as this my day to day role involves collating subcontractor drawings and chasing subcontractor for this ready for the commissioning stage of the project that I am currently on.
