4-day insight experience, seeing 4 different LOBs, with speaker events and interactive sessions to get a feel for how working in each LOB could look like

It was great, and really helped me decide on what LOB I eventually wanted to apply to.

Definitely developed existing ones. - Presentation skills, teamwork skills, and the balancing between engaging with a speaker and jotting down any lessons learned.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Great company culture; all of the professionals were really kind and willing to take questions. In addition, the recruiters were extremely approachable and really great in their engagement. There was the sense that everybody was extremely passionate about and talented in their role, but still very open and focused on a culture of learning.
