Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

We liaise with various departments to gather, provide, and share information relating to our brand and it's consumers. We work behind the scene to obtain this information and pass it along to our customer service team, who will relay this information to the consumers. We also provide BACS payments, send out Early Warnings for site investigation and respond to High Profile consumer cases.

I enjoyed the apprenticeship and learnt a lot of new knowledge and skills.

I have learnt how to prioritise my workload better and work in a very busy environment. I have also developed my active listening and communication skills.

Overall the course was well structured and organised, however there were occasions that it did not seem as organised.

I have received a good amount of support from my employer, and they always let me know that if i need them then i can reach out and ask them questions,

My training coach was very supportive to me throughout the programme and always praised my hard work.

The course was very helpful and helped me to put the theory into practice. The reflections also enabled me to develop myself and track the development.
