I have learnt many new skills in relation to highways design, as well as developed existing skills such as time management, communication and interpersonal skills

My programme is structured well in terms of work/uni split and structured review periods.

I receive a good amount of support from my employer as I am provided support from colleagues as well as a few study leave days throughout the year to study for university exams

I am provided a good amount of support from the University in terms of working towards my degree. I am also provided a good amount of support from my employer in terms of professional development.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me in terms of understanding Civil Engineering as a whole but there is not much directly Highways related coursework in my course.
