My day to day has changed several time while working at Arcadis. It's still very interesting at my level as the varied work gives me insight into several areas of what I will be working on and doing in the future.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find the work side of my job much more interesting as compared to the Uni side but i understand its still important to learn the skills to be able to do the job.

I've massively improved my Use design software's and learned new ones while working at Arcadis and felt very supported while doing so as well as developed my understanding on reading/understanding complex sheets and being able to take and use information from them

understanding what type of work you will being going into in a design firm as compared to a construction firm
