Arcadis is a design and consultancy company. I have been involved in several projects doing different things, including calc sheets, marking up drawings, creating digital whiteboards etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It varies with what project I'm working on, but generally I have enough variety and am learning enough for it to be interesting.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I've learnt a lot, both within Arcadis and at university. If I ever have a question there will be someone around who can help, either in the office or to call. Most of the things I've done at work I hadn't done and had to be shown how to do them initially.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

At work I have pretty much always had work and someone to explain how to do smth if I don't know how, so long as I let my line manager know when I'm out of work there is a good structure. At uni the programme is quite unorganised and fairly often changed with little notice.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

At work I'm quite supported and they're very considerate of my uni work and helpful with any questions I have.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have had several hour long sessions with someone at my work to help me with a module that was particularly hard.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I'm only on my second year, so the content hasn't really come up yet, but there have been one or two things that were relevant.
