How well organised/structured is your programme?

3.9 - as with any consultancy, work is sometimes light. However, doing the apprenticeship from a consultancy point of view is super helpful because you are exposed to a lot more tasks. This is particularly useful for the EPA (end point assessment) and portfolio at the end of your apprenticeship. My university is also structured well and they have a strict schedule so we finish in 3 years.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Arcadis?
Have a good understanding about what the role is, because this is asked in your interview. Seem genuinely interested in the role. Arcadis has a lot of values about sustainability so I think talking about that is good. Have a research of projects that relate to your area both in the UK and globally.
