Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day to day I pick up with the shift engineers and reliability team and assist them in maintenance jobs and on the job learning
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the role and feel I have a great deal of autonomy over my own learning which is great but can be difficult when it comes to learning things or being expected to know things that I don’t know that I don’t know.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have developed a lot of new skills and knowledge on mechanical and electrical systems that I did not know before

Why?
The culture is relaxed and friendly it’s a place where people have common courtesy and say hello to each other which is rare in a modern manufacturing company.
Although there are a lot of changes happening currently.
