My job no longer simulates me and that is why i asked to do this course so i can progress

I love the course and its content. I really enjoy it and my tutor is brilliant.

I have learnt the reasonings behind why we do certain this. this is exactly why i wanted to go on the course ot get the background knowledge

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received no support for the first 6 months of my course. I had to go on a stress risk assessment in order to manage my work load and my apprenticeship as I was being expected to work over my normal hours a week as well as doing another 8 hours on my assignment in my own time. After multiple conversations with the learning team, my managers and my tutor at college it got rectified and i ma now released for 8 hours per week to do assignments. However anything i learn does not get put into practice which i have expressed multiple times to managers in my work place.
