This was an entry level job for getting into IT. My day to day jobs included answering phones to clients and supporting them to the best of my ability
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed the program as it allowed me to learn on the job as well as doing my training with a specialist from the Apprenticeship provider.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was very well structured - It covered all the points needed to complete the apprenticeship to the standard needed to pass and go above and beyond.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received as much support I could've asked for, there was always someone in the office I could speak to about processes or and advice on how to answer a question.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

When doing the programme I was allocated a coach who assisted me with any of the work I was required to complete and ensured I was up to date with it. I was even invited to their offices to complete a workshop to help with my coursework.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel the qualification assisted me in understanding the fundamentals of what is required in this job role. It allowed me to enter at an entry level and progress as I went on whilst working at ITRM and with the training provider
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are a few opportunities to get involved with any activies outside of work, I know the team are working on getting more events organised.

Why?
I would recommend ITRM to a friend in any situation. ITRM are always looking out for their staff and implementing changes to assist with the wellbeing of staff. The staff are always friendly and the management team are hard working and ambitious to make sure the expirence of working for ITRM is the best it can be.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to ITRM Ltd?
I would say it is best to be yourself, ITRM look for person you are rather than what you know. Read into the job you are applying for to ensure you know what to expect if hired, always ask questions if you ever want to find out more about a job role.
