Yes, very similar to those I listed. But I have also greatly developed campaign/project management skills and developed my strategic thinking.

Very well organised for me. I get one set day on Friday to do any apprenticeship work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has always been good with me, allowing me time for workshops when required, giving me a set day of the week purely dedicated to apprenticeship work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My apprenticeship provider, JustIT, now LeepTalent have been very helpful in supporting me throughout my apprenticeship. I completed my original apprenticeship with ITRM & JustIT as a Level 3 Digital Marketer apprentice, which had the same level of care.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very well, the workshops are well-crafted and align with the work that I undertake on a daily basis.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are some bits. I organise a football match between employees weekly, I partake in Networking events in the area, and there are other charitable activities we are encouraged to get involved with.

Why?
ITRM is a great company. The values of the organisation shine right through. The people are ITRM's greatest asset; it feels like a family when you come into work, which is an amazing feeling. Our MD is a great example of hard work, which really motivates someone like me.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to ITRM Ltd?
Ensure that you act like yourself in the interview, this will give you the best chance of showing the hiring staff that you'd make a good fit and will gel with the company's current employees/systems.
