Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I'm a general construction Apprentice learning something new every day, some days ill be welding pipe, some days ill be moving fencing or setting up fencing, other days ill be hellping people putting connections on. There's always stuff to do and it's a decent variety.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I'm enjoying it a fair bit to be honest, the people are great, kind and very helpful also a good laugh, the work is helping my body slowly develop and I'm learning new stuff.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learnt a lot since I started work here and I'm a lot more confident in every day life at work then I used to be.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It's done really well I don't have any real complaints so far it's been a very good programme.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I've had a ruff patch through it all and the support was great very helpful and kept me on track ready to get at it again.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get a lot even though I had no evidence, I got plenty of support and it's been great.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

To be honest the stuff we do isn't that relevant to work on site really but I understand that it's got to be done.
