I work as a BSA and process speeding tickets for West Midlands Police offences.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The apprenticeship programme has been great, I have learnt a lot of key skills that I can use not only within my work but also in my day-to-day.

I have learnt a lot of interpersonal skills and developed on existing ones. I now have more knowledge which I can take not only into any roles I take on in the future, but my personal life also.
