As a Health Safety and Wellbeing Apprentice advisor i undertake duties such as inspections against procedural and legal compliance, assisting with implementing new processes, general health and safety admin and more.

I have developed people skills, Analytic skills, investigation skills and more, these all assist when it comes to fulfilling my role!

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The whole program is structure with training matrix's that show progress and areas where there may be lack of competence. Allowing for easy and quick identification of possible opportunities to grow and learn.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My Employer give immense support to myself whilst undertaking my program, listening to areas where i may not be as confident and assisting me to develop within them.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have had extensive help from my training provider, with my ADHD my learning needs are catered too and i am actively asked what i think would assist me when it comes to my learning journey.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

All the information learnt links directly into my roles, it also assists in writing up responses or case studies concerning health and safety.
