I really enjoy my work. I find it interesting and feel like I am constantly learning. My day to day consists mainly of financial reporting and management of multiple Subcontractors
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I found the programme enjoyable and felt I had a lot of support. Coming in to this programme as a mature student of 40 years old, I had been out of the academic scene for 25 years so was a little nervous. However, I received a lot of support from my mentors and the wider team at Balfour Beatty

I felt it was very well structured, with regular meetings with my mentors too
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Couldn't have asked for any more support than what I received. I even had my line manager and another team member come to my graduation - I had support every step of the way
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I felt like I received plenty of support from the training provider - people were always there to clarify anything and help where needed
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like I was at a bit of a sticking point before taking achieving this qualification. I had gone as far as I could within my role and doing this qualification opened up so much more opportunity for me
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are always fund raising events and days out planned. Walks for mental health etc
