Learnt all new skills from office attire etiquitte etc., IT skills including a range of Microsoft packages and IT systems specific to business, admin duties, some finance roles.

Structure and Support

4/5
Good organisation for learning in my job role and college work, plus other self development programmes. However lack of organisation/structure with what happens after the apprenticeship is completed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I have been supported when wanting to take on new roles and different experiences and request for new apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Always have the required off the job learning and uninterrupted college learning. Always available for the college and line manager catch up calls.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Some parts of the qualification are self-explantory for an office role and became repetitive but other topics were new learning and helpful for my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Plenty of volunteering opportunities and self development programmes to interact with other apprentices and graduates. Not enough sports/exercise related extra curriculum. After my Early Career Programme finishes my networking events will reduce a lot.
