Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Bid manager, working on contracts up to £5 million. On an average day I am building pricing models, gaining internal approvals, and working with clients to ensure smoother processes. Constant support is available.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have not worked at a company with such a strong and kind ethos before. I am yet to come across someone who is not willing to help where they can, and my voice is always heard and valued.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes. My confidence, time-keeping skills, communication skill, leadership skills, and teamwork skills have all vastly improved since the start of my apprenticeship.

Less so a programme as much as being but into a vital job role with excellent support in place.

Be yourself! It's clear from getting to know my colleagues that CGI values authenticity in the interview process. Focus on building relevant experience and developing soft skills.
