General management of sites day to day activities including completing a build programme and organising trades to complete works. Completing quality checks and ensuring health and safety standards are maintained.

Vistry is a great company to work for. The management are great and very supportive. The company has great benefits and the pay goes up quickly if you show your worth.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Vistry?
As long as you show how keen you are as an apprentice, you will go far. the more effort you put in, the more help that you get back. Success as an apprentice doesn't come by chance, it comes by how much you want it. Show willingness and proactiveness and you will succeed in Vistry.
