There’s a Lake District trip where you basically get drunk and zip lining for a week and it’s you get paid for it.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Balfour Beatty?
Know your shit. Be smart. Talk loads and be outgoing. But I do a trade so it’s knowing how to talk the right way to different people for example, office people it’s not worth joking around with whereas if they are more site based try and have some crac it depends who’s there on the interview
