we have a Tutor and a support coach with in the programme (online training).
During the working week i have a senior member of staff available to ask questions and for guidance.

I feel this area could be improved on with more time for learning whilst working, its a fast pace busy industry so having that time is valuable.

There are a few changes that have been made since starting i do often have to chase for answers with certain things but usually on the whole its ok.

I feel its a very broad overview of the job role i am carrying out day to day. i have a lot more understanding and learning in the work place.

Put in the work and you will succeed, it can be hard work but with the support and guidance its a great opportunity to be had.
