Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am able to rotate departments every 3-4 months to gain more guidance into what I'd like to do and gain more experience. While in the office, I feel supported with my health needs as my managers have offered to lower my in-office days to help me feel a bit better. When I have a sick day I am not badgered and given grace and even told I should take more time to recover fully. I've been very blessed with my role and very excited to see where I go next.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My programme allows me to meet many different people across the project and even in other offices. I am not just socialising with the people in my team but people in the entire programme that I work on. I love socialising when I choose and the option to keep my head down if I want to.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

While doing rotations in different departments, I have had the opportunity to learn what I do and don't need when it comes to work. I've learnt how to adapt for settings and how to use platforms such as power Bi and excel.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I have a start of the week meeting, end of the week meeting and monthly performance review. Thanks to these structured calls, I am able to keep on top of my work, stay on track and have time to talk to my manager about how I'm feeling.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager has been very helpful with my health and very understanding that sometimes there are certain things that I just can't do.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We complete a college meeting every month. If we want to progress faster we have the ability to ask for the next round of coursework to complete it earlier.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am able to learn more about departments and sectors that I have not been in.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have bi-annual foodball charity events as well as fun volunteering opportunties every week
